Meet Sara Yood, JVC’s New Assistant General Counsel

Suzan Flamm Promoted to Senior Counsel

Sara E. Yood has joined JVC as Assistant General Counsel. Sara will focus on trademark monitoring, Federal Trade Commission review of the jewelry industry Guides and general legal support.  Yood has held several positions in the private sector, including the digital music, intellectual property and publishing industries. She graduated Fordham University School of Law with honors.

Suzan Flamm has been promoted to Senior Counsel. Flamm joined JVC in January 2008 as assistant general counsel. Flamm conducts mediations, researches legal issues and drafts legal compliance tools (such as the new Jewelers Employment Manual), articles and case studies for trade publications and JVC’s Website.
