Challenges to the implementation and credibility of the KP fill the trade and international press.  This session, presented by the DIC and WDC, will provide an interactive platform to discuss and question current KP leaders from the three sectors in the KP – government, industry and civil society.  Is the KP an effective tool to end trade in conflict diamonds?  Can trade members rely on its efforts?  What new initiatives are being undertaken by the KP to ensure consumer confidence in the diamond trade?
